You will open two branches in two different settings, one in a Western culture and the other one in an Eastern one, and you must hire two GMs, one for each. Prepare compensation packages for each one, to motivate them and seeking their retention for the future. When preparing it, be aware of the differences of each culture, but be as thorough and as realistic as possible, and feel free to take reasonable decisions when needed. Don't forget to include direct forms of compensation (salary, etc.) and indirect ones (health insurance, etc. etc.). Use no less than 5 for each.
