You will perform your dialogue as a role-play. You will need a partner for this activity. You can pair up with a classmate or ask a friend or family member to act out their role. Then, you will write a short report where you will describe how your roleplay was a good example of professional and effective customer service. You will want to comment on the following areas in your report: 1.Body language 2. Non-verbal communication 3. Active listening 4.Positive language 5.Your greetings and 6.leave-takings. You will be graded only on your report.

A customer tries to check-in to their flight but the flight was overbooked and they were moved to the next flight, but notification was not sent to the traveler. You are brought over to speak with the traveler while eh desk agent checks-in other customers.
