As you review the papers you discover, your firm is looking to sue the school district in which you went to high school. Do you need to disclose this to the firm? Is it a conflict of interest? Does it matter if you graduated over 10 years ago? Discus all of the possible issues with your firm taking on this case regarding your former high school district.
