You also order printed brochures and flyers from a printing business when needed for use by the sales team and information packs for the property management team to provide to potential landlords and tenants.

You have been asked to assist the CFO to record and monitor the usage and waste of office and printing supplies used within all departments and to provide feedback on the suppliers. You have also been asked to monitor the use of the two office printers and the photocopier that are owned by the business, which often require servicing and repairs. By the end of the next financial year, the CFO would like to reduce the expenditure on office and printing supplies by 20%. She also wants to complete a review of Service Agreements with the office suppliers and equipment repairers.
