You work as the public relations manager on a fashion account at an agency. You are working on a large event for a new product launch, a glitzy event that will gain significant media attention. There are a number of celebrities involved, there is a fashion show with key models and a celebrity DJ for the party. It has been a lot of work. The guest list has been closely reviewed by the client who is difficult to work with and very challenging of every detail for the event. The owner of the agency approaches you and says my teenage daughter and her 6 friends want to attend. "Get them on the invitation list and make sure you get them photos with the key celebrities," he says. You know your client is going to go ballistic at the thought of this as this is inappropriate; the client also does not like the agency owner. You've been working really hard to keep them apart because the differences in personalities has become a major issue. You also know there will be alcohol at this event and there shouldn't be teenagers there and you know these kids will be an issue. You've heard the stories and seen the pictures on Instagram. How will you handle this situation? What will you do?
