Calculate the total amount due the total amount due is the combination of the phone cost, the warranty cost, the sales tax and the shipping cost 4. Display the receipt: a. Print out a title b. Print out the make and model c. Print out the cell phone cost d. Print out the warranty cost e. Print out the sales tax f. Print out the shipping cost g. Print out the total amount due NOTE: All input and output should be in US Dollars. As such, the output should include the $ and should display to two decimal places.
