You work at a healthcare facility and everyday interact with numerous other employees, patients, and visitors. Your work is primarily team-based and your team members rely upon each other to complete each day's work assignments. You want to stand out from the team, however, and be recognized for the high quality work you perform. You are tempted to take credit for the work of another teammate.
