West Palms Community Centre Policies and Procedures Raising WHS issues When staff identify a WHS issue, they should in the first instance report it verbally to their manager. If staff identify a WHS issue relating to fire safety, after reporting it to their manager verbally, they should verbally inform the Fire Warden, Jen Nguyen. If staff identify a WHS issue relating to harassment or workplace bullying, after reporting it verbally to their manager, they should report it verbally to the Human Resources Manager, Tina Lipinski.
