Two weeks ago, the manager advertised "free coffee for all patrons." When patrons arrived, the manager refused to provide the free coffee unless the patron made a purchase over $10.

Issue Three:

A former employee is accusing the manager of sexual assault. The former employee claims that the security video coverage will show the criminal sexual assault which allegedly occurred last Friday morning. The employee quit the same day.

Issue Four:

The manager has authorized employees to dump toxic trash into the local lake. The business is now being investigated for environmental violations.

The business is also being sued for negligence. The lawsuit alleges that the manager poured hot tea on a patron, causing severe burns.

The business is being investigated because the manager made an insurance claim of a robbery, but no criminal record of a robbery is recorded. The insurance company is investigating.
