You work for GnG Landscapes, in the commercial landscape design division. The primary role of your division is to design and implement landscape and groundskeeping plans for commercial clients.

Required

Part 1. Choose and describe the strategy you feel is best for this division. Choose between a differentiation strategy versus a cost leadership strategy, and create a mission statement that would be appropriate for this division and the strategy you choose.

Part 2. Identify and describe no less than four goals/objectives relevant to your division's strategy. You should have at least one goal/objective per perspective of the Balanced Scorecard. Be specific (i.e., please avoid generic goals, such as "make a lot of money" or "make sure every customer is happy").

Part 3. Identify and describe at least two measures that correspond to each goal you identified in Part 2. Your description should be detailed enough to allow someone to implement and use the measure.

Part 4. Choose one of the measures you identified in Part 3, and discuss how the performance measurement issues discussed in the lecture (i.e., controllability, interdependence, and alignment) apply to this measure.
