The estimated and committed duration of the project is three months. You have been mandated to start immediately with the project with a highly competent project team that has been seconded to you. Question 5 (20 Marks) Now that you have identified your project risks, use the common risk strategies that you are familiar with to determine an appropriate response to each identified risk. Ensure that at least TEN (10) risks are discussed.
