He appointed you as a competent project manager to manage the project to replace the faulty transformer at the substation of the affected suburb. The mayor has summoned you to his office to lay down the rules with you on the project execution. He has indicated that a limited emergency budget has been made available for this urgent project. The estimated and committed duration of the project is three months. You have been mandated to start immediately with the project with a highly competent project team that has been seconded to you. Using an effective technique will determine the extent to which all the risks are identified. Use the SWOT technique to identify your project risks together with your team. Question 5 (20 Marks) Now that you have identified your project risks, use the common risk strategies that you are familiar with to determine an appropriate response to each identified risk. Ensure that at least TEN (10) risks are discussed.
