Your assigned project is a highly incremental agile-type project. You have been told that agile-type projects never have risks associated with them. As the project manager, what would you do? You have a risk meeting because you can still gather concerns and potential problems. There is no reason to meet because risk identification will be impossible and not worth the effort. You do not hold a meeting. No one has a clue, so meeting will be a waste of time. You accept the uncertainty and move on
