Your boss is Natasha, Chief of Administration, and you are her assistant. You both work for a small, local company with a production facility and office staff on site. There has been a recent increase in car break-ins at our company parking lots. Because of the rise in crime, security would like to install cameras in the various lots. The security officers would also like to begin patrolling the lots, which means they will need a car. Sam, our head of security, says we will need a minimum of 48 cameras which will involve adding additional Wi-Fi bandwidth, purchasing more computers for monitoring, and buying dedicated monitors for the surveillance. There will also be the cost of cars for security staff to use for patrolling the lots. These costs are significant and cannot be absorbed by the company budget. Employees have always been able to park for free; however, because of these new expenses, we will have to begin charging employees a fee for parking. Once the system is in place, all employees (in the plant and the office) will have to pay $35.00 per month for parking. These payments can be made monthly through payroll deduction or or annually with a credit card. Payments will begin on January 1, 2024.

Create an appropriate document to meet Natasha's requirements.
