   • Voice: What tone of voice should this blog should have?
   • Theme: Please explain the theme you recommend for this blog. Remember to be specific and provide rationale.
   • Content: What content should be included on this blog? One way to think about this is to give some examples of blog posts that you would recommend be written. I would also think about who should be writing them.
