Your client, Jose Santiago is being sued civilly for over $1,000,000. The counts against them are fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and breach of contract, The plaintiff is suing for compensatory damages, consequential damages, restitution, & punitive damages. The Court in a pre-trial conference has set the case for a jury trial during the first week of January 2021.
