Your client Suzanne, who has reduced mobility, is on the way to an offsite specialist's appointment. Her Individualised Care Plan (ICP) will provide you with information about your client's physical and sensory needs. You are to first carry out her bed bathing, grooming and medication routine, followed by taking her to the car. You will assist in safely getting Suzanne into and out of the car to her appointment and back. Suzanne is keen to go and can be a bit rushed and pushy, so you will need to reassure her that there is plenty of time to get everything done and she won't be late.
