Your clients, Steve and Karen Frasier, are taking a cruise on the Holland America's Zaandam that sails from Boston on Saturday, June 24, 2023, and finishes the cruise in Montreal on Saturday morning, July 1, 2021. They would like to spend two nights in Old Montreal after their cruise and would like some help with the arrangements.
 They would like a hotel for two nights in Old Montreal (Vieux-Montreal), beginning on Saturday, July 1. They will fly home on Monday, July 3.  They would like this to be a memorable end to their cruise vacation, so they are willing to spend up to $500 (USD) per night, before taxes (for the hotel). They prefer to stay in Old Montreal.  Convenience is most important, as they don't want to rent a car. Ideally, they would like to have complimentary Internet access and breakfast included, but if breakfast is not included, there should be a place to get breakfast within easy walking distance.  Since this is their first trip to Montreal, they also need basic information regarding getting around the city, as well as sightseeing tips.   They would prefer a hotel that allows them to walk and explore historic Montreal (Vieux-Montreal).  They are interested in seeing some of the most popular sights, enjoying the beauty of the area, exploring the city, and sampling some good restaurants.  Remember, they only have two days, so they want to make the most of their time!

Write email to the Frasiers with your recommendations, including the following information:  
Which hotel will you recommend and why? What is the location?  How does it fit their stated needs? What is the price of the hotel (in USD)? Make sure you if taxes are included or not).  Explain the cancellation policy.  Since they won't have a car, how will you advise them to get from the port to the hotel, to the airport on Monday, and approximately how much will it cost? How far is it from the port to their hotel (note that you will need to research where the port/pier is located)?  What are two or three sightseeing options you would recommend for their short stay in Montreal, and how will you advise them to get around for sightseeing, restaurants, etc?  Are there any other handy tips you can offer them, given their interests and the fact that this is their first trip to Montreal? (For example, what is the current exchange rate USD to CAD?)
