The time period to complete the replacement identification document of the remaining citizens is 6 months at to cost of R50m. Your mandate is as a project manager, amongst others, is to ensure that the risks associated with the project is managed well so as to deliver the project within time, budget, resources and quality. Your director has made it clear to you that no additional security breaches will be tolerated.
