The reception must have seating for 75 plus wedding party, with no special arrangements for the couple. Full tableware and linens should be provided. Food and drink (dinner) should be plated and served--no buffet. Two meal choices, plus a vegetarian option, must be provided. Non-alcoholic beverages are ne, though Champaign should be available in a bottle for each table. A cash bar is requested. The couple desire a wedding cake created by a professional baker, NOT by the caterer or reception venue. The couple request a DJ to provide music for at least three hours. Tables should contain some sort of take-home favor for attendees. The reception site should be suitable decorated. The reception will require servers, bartenders, parking attendants, and a limousine to transport the couple from the wedding to the reception and then to the Tucson airports The bride and groom will require appropriate attire (this is a formal event!)
