Your final project is presented in a Project Case Book of (15 - 25 Pages) for the professors to review. It must have: a project scope, a project charter, a risk assessment, estimations, a critical path view of all scheduled activities, a Primavera work breakdown structure, Gannt charts (primavera) as well as the following. Each project must have a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). The WBS must include at least three levels and have a least one sibling WBS structure. Your WBS must have a minimum of 25 activities (tasks).
