Your final task involves creating report for your supervisor based on your observations throughout the ASR Farms project.

On the following page create a report addressed to the Manager of Emerging Technologies, IT Works. You may add additional pages if necessary.

The report must contain the following headings and content:

1. Opportunities to enhance professional development
   • Under this heading, describe two opportunities for professional development (PD)that would assist you in your Business Analyst role at IT Works when dealing with similar projects in future.
   • PD activities can relate to any of the aspects involved with your role - e.g. research, report writing, interviewing skills, technical knowledge around specific technologies, communication skills, strategic planning skills, etc.
   • Ensure that you describe the type of professional development activitiesclearly andthe benefits to both you and IT Works of completing the activities.
2. Legal and regulatory responsibilities
   • Under this heading, use bullet points to list three responsibilities applicableto your role as an IT Works employee that are specified in the IT Works Work Health and Safety Policy.

3. Principles of digital tools
   • Use the search term "Design principles for digital development" in a web browser of your choice to find the nine current principles that developers and operators of digital tools should be guided by. Using bullet points list the nine principles under this headingin your report.
