Your firm is preparing to give standard disclosure. Another trainee solicitor has drafted your client's N265 list of documents for standard disclosure. Rebecca Jones asks you to check the three lists on the last page (see Document F attached) and let her know of any amendments and additions that are necessary. Prepare a memorandum to Rebecca Jones identifying the amendments and additions to the draft lists of documents that you consider are necessary. You must give reasons in your memorandum for each amendment and addition that you recommend, including relevant references to the Civil Procedure Rules and any other relevant law. You are not required to re-draft any part of the lists but if you do so you must remember to give your reasons
