Your first responsibility is to find a speech that is longer than 10 minutes. The speech can be from any genera, and on any topic. There must be a video of the speech available for me to watch and assess your evaluation. The most common places to find good speeches are TED Talks, Al Jezerra, Vital Speeches of the Day, and of course YouTube. The first thing you must do is connect with the material. What resonated with you? Briefly summarize what the speech was about Discuss how you felt about the material What did you learn? Then you must reflect on the delivery of the speech. What was the speaker's body language like? How was their engagement with the audience? Did they use gestures? What was the speaker's energy and enthusiasm level like? Finally discuss the speaker's conclusion. Did they announce their conclusion? Did they restate key points? Did you feel a sense of closure when the speaker was finished speaking?
