Your goal as a group is to decide on a Work Breakdown Structure for a project. The project is simple, make a team dinner! Yes, you need more information than that. With a WBS, you don't need to worry about Time or Cost, just Scope. The Scope is: A dinner with appetizer, main course, and desert. You have the equipment, dishes, and an oven/stove. You don't have any ingredients. You need to get those. The project ends once you've eaten dinner and cleaned up the kitchen and dinning area. Create a WBS to complete this project. I think three levels should be adequate.
