• Draft a letter to the Lucas County Superior Court in your state of Ohio seeking a new date for the status conference for your client.
• In the same case, draft a letter to the client advising him about the bench warrant issued. Inform him that he should call his lawyer to make an appointment, or he may be arrested. Advise the client on behalf of the lawyer.
