Item The letter's tone is appropriate and clearly states the issue. The information in the letter has clear meaning. Images, diagrams, captions and text have been used when needed. The information included is factual and accurate. Specific information is provided from the financial source being referenced. The letter is original and does not duplicate any other resource. Citations If outside resources are used to create your letter, please include a bibliography.
