Your managers have given you some new information regarding changes in costs for consumers in your territory.

• A monthly service fee of $20 is being imposed
• The price per kWh is decreasing substantially (kWh or kilowatt hour is how electricity is charged to a customer)

The business team has calculated that consumers will on average see slight increases in their bill over the course of the year.However this also means that because people tend to use more electricity in winter months, this change will generally decrease their bills in the winter, and increase their bills in the summer.

You receive the following note from a concerned customer:

Hi, I just noticed that there's a 20 DOLLAR FEE being added to my bill!Charging an extra $20 per month seems so unnecessary.As a long-time customer I would like to be grandfathered in to your original price.
