3. Reflection Paper Wri te a one-page analysis that augments your story and provides more detail on your recommendations and the reasoning behind them. Some questions you may want to address include:

a. Why do you think these recommendations will help Citi Bike customers?

b. How do your recommended features connect to the data you analyzed?

c. What insights led you to your recommendations?

d. What outcomes do y ou expect to achieve through these feature recommendations?

e. What KPIs would you use to measure the success of these recommendations?
