Your Manager

Describe either your current boss or a former boss in terms of their leadership style (autocratic, transformational etc.) andmanagerial skills (conceptual, technical etc.). Discuss whether or not his/her style worked well for you, and whether or not you felt it was appropriate given the business setting (the type of company or industry), and whether or not you think your bosses skills were adequate for his/her position. Does your manager evidence the four functions of management (egplanning, organizing, leading and controlling); provide examples.
