Based on your excellent performance, you have been asked to create a Lessons Learned Report, compiling all information you have reviewed over the last few weeks. Your manager also asked that you include two supplemental documents, the Stakeholder Analysis and Stakeholder Linkage Map, and requested that you make revisions, based on their previous feedback, before submitting the Report. You will use the details below to complete this request.

Role: Supply chain manager

  • Address each aspect as defined below (Lessons Learned Report Directions)
  • Microsoft Word with a title page and reference page.
  • Minimum of Six (6) double-spaced pages.
  • Minimum length does NOT include the title page, reference page, and appendices.
  • Sufficiently support your Report with credible evidence.

APA 7th Edition Style:

  • Headings (Clearly identify the content sections of your Report)
  • References and in-text citations
  • Appendices

Sources (References):

  • Minimum of four (4) credible sources.
  • One (1) source must be the assigned case.
  • One (1) source must be from the course content or UMGC Library.
  • Other references must be scholarly, peer-reviewed and/or credible sources from the last five years, unless the sources are seminal works and/or fall under laws, rules, and/or regulations.

Lessons Learned Report Directions. Your Report should address each Aspect requirement as defined below:

Aspect A. Introduction. Provide an introductory paragraph(s), addressing the following:
