Your task.

In this activity, you will act as the lead educator. You are required to an email toyour supervisor and report Katie's behaviour as even after explaining to her about thestaffing requirements, she still left the children alone in the room as discussed in activity 3 A.

In your conversation with her she said she does not see how it can lead to health and safety issues. You are concerned by her statement.

You also found out that Katie is receiving free products from an educational product supplier and she recommended them to the centre without researching comparable products from other suppliers. She claimed that they had the best and cheapest products on the market.

You are required to report her for non-compliant behaviour and the issue of conflict of interest involved in selecting the supplier.

One of your classmates will act as the supervisor to whom you are required to send an email. He/she will receive the email and send you the confirmation.
