Your task is to research options, choose what you feel is best for the team and write a proposal outlining the teambuilding event. You can consult with your colleagues in any way you choose (you may wish to consider Survey Monkey or a ZOOM meeting for example and use the responses from this as evidence to strengthen your proposal).

The proposal should as a minimum include

• What the proposed day will include
• Benefits to the team
• Appendices or links showing your research findings

You will complete the report using Google Docs and submit to your trainer for feedback.
