Your fourth step is to identify milestones Milestones are \"markers" that help us determine if we are on track with getting the work done as planned. They signify the completion of a major deliverable. In determining your milestones, think about the work you would want to celebrate with your team and the communications you would want to have with stakeholders about major accomplishments.
