I was assigned 10 thru 12 slides. My first slide was in regards to the SmartHotel
At SmartHOTEL, we said goodbye to old school management forever. We mix 'Scrum' methodology with 'Holacracy' principles which provides freedom and clarity on responsibilities to all roles within the team.Holacracyreplaces hierarchy with a ruleset that sets clear expectations and makes transparent the decision-making authority at every level in the organization. In more simple terms; don't expect a manager to tell you exactly what to do.

Final Thought
The lack of clearly defined rules and working conditions may increase uncertainty and anxiety at work. Employees must spend a significant amount of time organizing and concentrating instead of focusing on the work that needs to be performed since tasks and objectives are unclear. Moreover, employees cannot connect with stakeholders since they cannot accurately assess the success of campaigns or make recommendations to the appropriate experts without a solid methodology for tracking performance.
Since there are fewer managerial layers between the client and the employee, this leads to quicker decision-making and more customer loyalty, according to many, making it a meritocracy. An all-employee system proponents claim that this type of organization is similar to a meritocracy and allows coworkers to voice their thoughts freely. This is possible because workers at all levels can express their individuality, develop concepts that they find appealing, and contribute to the company's cohesiveness.
