Coach Instructions
You are the Sous Chef in a restaurant and are in charge of checking that all staff are checking incoming stock before accepting the delivery. You have noticed that lately that there are several items on the shelf that have not been ordered and several items that are missing. You speak with the Head Chef, who informs you that often this happens when people are not checking the order prior to accepting the delivery. The Head Chef asks you to identify who requires coaching, to conduct this training and report back to them.

You are the supervisor at an a-la-carte restaurant, and you have noticed that recently, the cutlery has not been polished correctly There are still streaks and marks all over the handles. You speak to management about your concerns and they have asked you to identify any staff members that may require coaching in this area. They have asked that if you identify any, to please move forward and provide the coaching. Once this has been achieved they would like you to let them know the progress.
