Your university Dean would like you to prepare a report that provides and justifies recommendations for how to improve the learning experience in the School of Business to better prepare graduating students. He would like you to prepare a three-page report that does the following: 1. Synthesize what youve learned and how youve learned as a student in the School of Business at Siena College. 2. Describe how what youve learned aligns with what current research shows are the skills and knowledge needed by professionals in your field. You will need to do some outside research for this. Properly cite your references. 3. Describe how students learning experience in the School of Business should be changed to improve their workplace preparation based on the research and your personal observations. Justify your recommendations. Based on your research, explain what you plan to do in the next five years to further your learning, whether that is to go to graduate school or how you plan to learn in your career.
