Your work in Kaybiz International Software House Karachi office, and there is a team of five software engineers working under you. Most of the employees Kaybiz International has, they work virtually due to the global locations but they meet once in a month in their respective country office to discuss the projects and assign the work to team they operate. Except in Karachi office, people work from office six days a week. Overall none of them across the world, in all offices has experienced working completely remote.

The question arises how you would as a manager be able to keep your team of engineers engaged while they are working remotely on projects for Kaybiz International knowing some of them are introvert in their nature as compare to others who are extroverted especially when now everyone is working from home due to this current pandemic crisis?
