You're approaching the end of your first month as a constable in a small city.It's a bitterly cold winter night and you are patrolling a rough part of town with your partner, a 15-year veteran of the force.He spots a local man staggering along the sidewalk and tells you to pull the cruiser to the curb.Before you know it, your partner has put the man into the back seat of the cruiser.He slams the door shut, climbs back into the car, and tells you to drive towards the outskirts of town." I'm going to teach you and him an important lesson tonight.You're going to learn how to deal with Indians and he's going to learn how to sober up."

You stop at a deserted spot outside of town.Your partner pulls the man from the cruiser, pushes him to the ground, and removes coat and shoes.Back in the car, your partner tells you to head back to town.He states, " he'll learn his lesson and you will learn to keep your mouth shut. His kind don't learn any other way and a lot of people in town just don't understand that."
