You're working as an agile coach for an organization that's just starting its transformation. In your first meeting with the development team, three of the six developers seem very skeptical of the agile mindset. The director is encouraging you to just push this change through. What would be the best approach? Nobody likes change, so it's best to just push through and make sure everybody stays on message. You should quickly bypass these concerns so that you can keep the agile transformation on track. You should slow down the transformation to give these developers an opportunity to voice their concerns. An agile transformation will always have dissenters, and they should continue to speak their minds.
