Apple was sued for breach of express warranty (among other things), but won the case because the commercial didn't actually show Siri doing something it could not.Do you think this commercial is a fair representation of Siri's capabilities?If not, do you think it is ethical for a company to advertise a product in a way that is technically accurate but nonetheless misleading?Should express warranty doctrine be expanded to cover this scenario?If not, why not?
