You've observed that the person you're sending money to (in Sri Lanlca} has a name that looks a lot like someone on the UN's list of suspected terrorism nanciers. (5 marks) b. You've received information that your bank's money laundering compliance ofcer at a new branch has so r failed to execute all compliance measures. (5 marks) c. Your client was charged with a Schedule 2 offence that occurred in 1994. Despite the fact that AMLATFA just went into effect in January 2002, he has been charged with money laundering. (5 marks) d. Property (a home) that had been pledged as collateral for a loan has been conscated. The client was found guilty of money laundering, and the property will be forfeited in the near iture.
