1. The bank statement on 31st of May showed a debit balance(Over drawn) of $ 1,193.35. Dividend received of $3,400.50 are shown on the bank statement but not entered in the cash book.

2. Bank charges of $1,780.89 shown on the bank statement have not been entered in the cash book.

3. The sum of $2,400 received from k. Ansah by credit transfer.

4. A cheque for $1,550.50 has been returned by the bank marked "refer to drawer" but is is not been written back into the cash book.

5. Two cheques paid to suppliers for $3,450 and $1,789 have not been presented to the bank for payment.

6. A cheque drawn for $1000 has been entered in errors as receipts in cash book.

7. The bank has debited a cheque of $2,510.65 in error to the company account.

8. A cheque received amounting to $5,210.75 have been entered in the cash book and deposited into the bank account but not credited to the company account.

9. A standing order of $980.05 for insurance premium payment had been effected by the bank.
