Zachary wants to build a decorative wall on his balcony, so that he can hang his flowering plants andcreepers.

He visited TrustMe Dcors Pte Ltd ("TMDPL"), a Singapore interior design and construction company. Mr. Lee from TMDPL advised Zachary that he should install a new type of wall, made from a material called "RePlas". It is a new type of building material, made in Germany from recycled plastic. Mr. Lee said that RePlas was a very stable compoundandcanwithstandhugeamountofstressandweight, morethansuitableforZachary'sintended use.

Zacharyexpressedhisconcernthatnewtypesofbuildingmaterialsaretypicallyproblematicsinceworkers are usually not trained properly to handle such materials. Mr. Lee assured Zachary that all its workers had training in using RePlas to construct walls. Zachary was doubtful about this and asked what type of training Mr. Lee's workers had received. He asked if the training was conducted by professionals in Germany as he only trusted training from the manufacturer. Mr. Lee laughed and said, "Don't worry, all my workers are trained properly." He further added, "We are the most famous in buildingwalls."

Upon hearing that, Zachary went ahead to order the wall. Two months after the wall was constructed by TMDPL, it started sagging and there was water seepage. Not long after, the wall collapsed.

Zachary went online and did a search on TMDPL and discovered many netizens complaining about TMDPL. An ex-employee even blogged that the workers at TMDPL had never received any training in using RePlas, and no one from the German manufacturer had explained to them how to use RePlas.

Identify and analyse the nature of the statements made by Mr. Lee (on behalf of TMDPL) to Zachary, and conclude whether each of the statements should be classified as a puff, representation or contract term.
