Zain has concluded an insurance contract with IPSCO Insurance Co in terms of which IPSCO provides Zain with insurance cover for his household contents, including a big flat-screen TV. One weekend Zains house is burgled and the TV is stolen. IPSCO replaced Zains tv with a similar new TV. A few days later the police recover Zains undamaged TV. Zains hoping to get his old TV back because he is very sentimental about that particular TV. IPSCO refused to do so.
