Zayn, Aydan & Associates (ZAA) is a legal firm established by two partners Zayn and Aydan. Zayn and Aydan agreed to contribute RM150,000.00 for the firm as capital. However, this RM300,000.00 capital was not enough. Zayn's sister, Zaryn lent RM200,000.00 to ZAA. A contract was signed between them whereby ZAA agreed to pay back this loan by way of monthly installment amounting to RM3000.00 to Zaryn. This RM3000.00 installment was taken out of profit of the firm. Zaryn argued that she has the right to involve in the ZAA business because she was also one of the partners of ZAA.
