Zepton just moved into his new property located at the side of a mountain that has a picturesque stream and beautiful view of the mountain valley. Zepton notices his neighbor London comes onto his property with passersby and allows them to take pictures from Zepton$$s backyard. Zepton also notices that London allows the passersby to take wildflowers and rocks from his stream. Zepton is aware that the previous owner allowed London to be on his land to take pictures, not take flowers or rocks. The neighbor said he had a right to be on the land and to take what he wanted.
