Ziyaad Mia is a Chartered Accountant, single practitioner, and a member in good standing of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. Ziyaad has a business

Ziyaad Mia is a Chartered Accountant, single practitioner, and a member in good standing of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.
Ziyaad has a business website (bestaccountingservices.com) with the tagline:
Your best defence against Government robbery called Taxation.
Elsewhere on the website, Ziyaad offers:
No money down!!! I work on a percentage of what I get for you from the cold clutches of the Government mafia.
Ziyaad also has a professional twitter account @ZMIAbestCA and facebook account ZiyaadabestCA. He regularly posts diatribes and rants against government taxation.
Ziyaads business is good! His clients absolutely adore him, especially those who were in the Freedom Convoy protests in Ottawa in early 2022.
Ziyaad was accepted for his dream job of lecturing at the local university, ABCU, to teach introductory accounting (ACTG1P01) to first year undergraduates.
Ziyaad was very excited about teaching and anxiously prepared the power points for the first 3 hour evening lesson entitled:
avoid avoidance, lessons in tax evasion.
Trying to make a good first impression with the students for the first class, Ziyaad wore an outfit of ripped jeans and bright red t-shirt.
On the back of the t-shirt was the slogan:
Ontarios best accountant!
I will get the most money back from what the government stole from you! small % fee of money I get for you!!!
Call Zed at 1-800-bestCPA
On the front of the t-shirt is the slogan
F*CK Trudeau!
During the lesson, a student took a picture of the first power point of the lesson:
How the Federal Bureaucracy is corrupt and what we CPAs can do about it!!!
as well as several photos of Ziyaad at the front of the class clearly showing the front and back of his bright red t-shirt and torn jeans. The student tweeted these pictures with the message:
OMG!!!!...if this person can be a CPA, I guess anyone can what a loser!!!!
The tweet came to the attention of the Registrar of CPA Ontario. The Registrar was a strong Liberal Party supporter. She had been appointed Registrar of the College by the Premier of Ontario in gratitude for her years of service to the Liberal Party.
Enraged at the sight of the photos of Ziyaads appearance, lessons, and statements, the Registrar did a further investigation of Ziyaads accounting practice including his website and social media sites. The Registrar was personally affronted by what she saw.
The Registrar then sent a letter to Mia advising him that effective immediately, [Ziyaads] licence was immediately and permanently revoked for being a bad actor and a disgrace to the profession!!
Without the CPA designation, Ziyaad can neither teach at ABCU nor practice his livelihood as a professional Accountant.
Can the Registrar do this? Why, or why not?
What do you advise Ziyaad with respect to THE REGISTRARS DECISION ONLY (and not with any other possible issues)
