Zoom is a courier service picks-up and delivers documents and small packages for business customers in Santa Barbara CA. Its customers expect delivery within 30 minutes after a pick-up. The company uses both small vans and bikes to make deliveries to downtown and suburban locations. In a strategic effort to be more environmental sustainable and to reduce costs, the company would like to increase its use of bikes for delivery. During the last two weeks of last month the operations manager gathered data on deliveries as shown in Zoom Delivery Mini Case Data.xlsx. This case moves you into the apply what you know category of excel. Instead of giving you a number of steps for directions, I want you to take the lead and use the PivotTable tool to answer the questions posed by the operations manager 1. Should the company increase its use of bikes? Why or why not? 2. What changes do you recommend? Why? Your analysis should include at least two different Pivot Tables, one which includes a splicer and one Pivot Chart, style of your choosing. The Pivot Tables and Pivot Chart should be selected to best communicate/support your analysis to address the two questions. (Hint: average or max values will be more useful than sums in this situation the Pivot Chart should be based off one of your Pivot Tables) \begin{tabular}{|c|c|c|c|c|c|c|c|c|} \hline 52 & 2 & Thu & Suburb & 37.7 & 0.5 & PM & Bike & 2.2 \\ \hline 53 & 2 & Thu & Downtown & 10.6 & 3.8 & AM & Bike & 17.3 \\ \hline 54 & 2 & Thu & Suburb & 42.7 & 14.2 & AM & Van & 28.6 \\ \hline 55 & 2 & Thu & Downtown & 17.5 & 10.2 & AM & Bike & 35.3 \\ \hline 56 & 2 & Fri & Downtown & 48.1 & 9.5 & PM & Van & 39.8 \\ \hline 57 & 2 & Fri & Downtown & 11.3 & 14.8 & PM & Van & 58.7 \\ \hline 58 & 2 & Fri & Suburb & 21.2 & 1.6 & AM & Van & 3.3 \\ \hline 59 & 2 & Fri & Suburb & 10.9 & 6 & P,M & Van & 18.7 \\ \hline 60 & 2 & Fri & Suburb & 16.7 & 3.7 & PM & Bike & 14 \\ \hline \end{tabular} \begin{tabular}{|c|c|c|c|c|c|c|c|c|c|} \hline 4 & Sample & lee & kDay & Facility & Weight (lb) & Miles ( 1 Way) & Time Slot & VehicleN & Minutes (1 V \\ \hline 5 & 1 & 1 & Mon & Suburb & 3.5 & 13.8 & AM & Bike & 40.8 \\ \hline 6 & 2 & 1 & Mon & Downtown & 4.2 & 13.5 & PM & Van & 54.1 \\ \hline 7 & 3 & 1 & Mon & Downtown & 4.6 & 13.4 & AM & Van & 32.7 \\ \hline 8 & 4 & 1 & Mon & Downtown & 20.3 & 7.6 & PM & Van & 28.6 \\ \hline 9 & 5 & 1 & Mon & Downtown & 15.4 & 12.2 & PM & Van & 34.6 \\ \hline 10 & 6 & 1 & Mon & Suburb & 8.7 & 12.2 & PM & Bike & 27.5 \\ \hline 11 & 7 & 1 & Mon & Suburb & 21.6 & 11.2 & AM & Bike & 44.9 \\ \hline 12 & 8 & 1 & Tue & Suburb & 4.7 & 6.9 & PM & Bike & 21.3 \\ \hline 13 & 9 & 1 & Tue & Suburb & 19.2 & 6 & PM & Bike & 22.8 \\ \hline 14 & 10 & 1 & Tue & Suburb & 12.6 & 7.2 & AM & Bike & 25.3 \\ \hline 15 & 11 & 1 & Tue & Suburb & 16.6 & 7.3 & AM & Bike & 24.6 \\ \hline 16 & 12 & 1 & Tue & Suburb & 9.1 & 14.7 & PM & Van & 43.5 \\ \hline 17 & 13 & 1 & Tue & Downtown & 34.9 & 6.2 & PM & Van & 25.1 \\ \hline 18 & 14 & 1 & Wed & Suburb & 42.6 & 0.4 & AM & Bike & 1.9 \\ \hline 19 & 15 & 1 & Wed & Suburb & 39.7 & 14.5 & AM & Van & 28.5 \\ \hline 20 & 16 & 1 & Wed & Downtown & 48.8 & 0.2 & AM & Bike & 1.4 \\ \hline 21 & 17 & 1 & Wed & Downtown & 41.3 & 7.3 & AM & Van & 37.1 \\ \hline 22 & 18 & 1 & Wed & Suburb & 45.7 & 13.4 & AM & Van & 26.2 \\ \hline 23 & 19 & 1 & Wed & Suburb & 19.1 & 14.4 & PM & Bike & 52.4 \\ \hline 24 & 20 & 1 & Thu & Suburb & 10.9 & 9.4 & PM & Bike & 31.5 \\ \hline 25 & 21 & 1 & Thu & Suburb & 20.2 & 3.8 & PM & Van & 11.4 \\ \hline 26 & 22 & 1 & Thu & Suburb & 37.5 & 6.2 & AM & Van & 25.9 \\ \hline 27 & 23 & 1 & The & Downtown & 46.5 & 5 & AM & Van & 11.9 \\ \hline 28 & 24 & 1 & Thu & Downtown & 28 & 7.9 & AM & Van & 19 \\ \hline 29 & 25 & 1 & Thu & Suburb & 2.1 & 10.1 & AM & Van & 20.4 \\ \hline 30 & 26 & 1 & Fri & \begin{tabular}{l} Suburb \\ Sheet? \end{tabular} & \begin{tabular}{c} 40.4 \\ Sheet1 \end{tabular} & \begin{tabular}{r} 5.5 \\ + \end{tabular} & PM & Bike & 26.3 \\ \hline \end{tabular} Ready is Accessibility: Investigate SampleWeekDay Facility Weight (lb)Miles (1 Way)Time Slot VehicleMinutes (1 Way) \begin{tabular}{|c|c|c|c|c|c|c|c|c|} \hline 27 & 1 & Fri & Downtown & 37.1 & 11.3 & PM & Bike & 52.7 \\ \hline 28 & 1 & Fri & Downtown & 37,3 & 3.1 & PM & Van & 12.8 \\ \hline 29 & 1 & Fri & Downtown & 10.8 & 2.1 & PM & Van & 8.4 \\ \hline 30 & 1 & Fri & Suburb & 8.3 & 4.9 & PM & Bike & 21.7 \\ \hline 31 & 1 & Fri & Suburb & 26.4 & 2.1 & AM & Bike & 8.1 \\ \hline 32 & 2 & Mon & Suburb & 2.4 & 11.2 & PM & Bike & 34.8 \\ \hline 33 & 2 & Mon & Downtown & 47.1 & 12.7 & AM & Bike & 79.8 \\ \hline 34 & 2 & Mon & Downtown & 19.3 & 11.9 & AM & Bike & 45.1 \\ \hline 35 & 2 & Mon & Suburb & 8 & 9.1 & AM & Bike & 30.6 \\ \hline 36 & 2 & Mon & Suburb & 28.9 & 1.1 & AM & Bike & 4.4 \\ \hline 37 & 2 & Mon & Suburb & 18.4 & 7.5 & PM & Bike & 26.3 \\ \hline 38 & 2 & Tue & Suburb & 14.9 & 4.4 & AM & Van & 8.6 \\ \hline 39 & 2 & Tue & Suburb & 25.1 & 11.9 & AM & Bike & 46.4 \\ \hline 40 & 2 & Tue & Suburb & 19.4 & 7.8 & AM & Bike & 27.1 \\ \hline 41 & 2 & Tue & Downtown & 5.6 & 11.6 & AM & Van & 27.5 \\ \hline 42 & 2 & Tue & Downtown & 31.9 & 10.1 & AM & Van & 25.6 \\ \hline 43 & 2 & Tue & Downtown & 20.9 & 3.3 & AM & Van & 7.8 \\ \hline 44 & 2 & Wed & Suburb & 30.5 & 8.2 & PM & Bike & 34.9 \\ \hline 45 & 2 & Wed & Suburb & 1.1 & 9.1 & AM & Van & 18.7 \\ \hline 46 & 2 & Wed & Downtown & 45.6 & 2 & AM & Bike & 9.3 \\ \hline 47 & 2 & Wed & Downtown & 29.1 & 4.2 & AM & Bike & 16.8 \\ \hline 48 & 2 & Wed & Downtown & 28.6 & 2.4 & AM & Bike & 9.6 \\ \hline 49 & 2 & Wed & Suburb & 34.8 & 1.8 & AM & Van & 3.6 \\ \hline 50 & 2 & Thu & Suburb & 30.9 & 13.9 & AM & Bike & 59.4 \\ \hline 51 & 2 & Thu & Downtown & 36.8 & 4.3 & PMA & 1, & - \\ \hline \end{tabular}
