Zorro operated a store in a building rented from Peerless. The lease contract required Zorro to purchase an insurance policy which would cover both parties' liability if third parties suffer injury while in the store. Cashwell entered the store, fell through a trap door and was injured. Zorro was bankrupt, so Cashwell sued the insurance company on the theory that as a store customer she should be able to rely on the lease obligation respecting liability insurance. Was she correct?
