Ten cases of iceberg lettuce are delivered. One of the receiving clerks spot checks the top cases to make sure that they are of the desired quality and accepts the delivery. Later on when the pantry workers are emptying the cases to wash the lettuce, they find that many of the heads of lettuce on the bottom of the cases are spoiled and unusable. What should be done?
